Our company provides home-based ABA therapy services to individuals diagnosed with Autism. We work with children and adolescents between the ages of 2 and 17.
Throughout my studies in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and professional experience treating Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in children, I have had the pleasure of meeting families from diverse cultures, ethnicities, and backgrounds. What I found was that many families diverge in various aspects of life, after all, that is what makes us all unique. Where our goals converged was in the most fundamental aspects of life: wanting the best for our children. Unfortunately, there are many times in life when we parents find ourselves unable to help our children leaving us feeling frustrated and helpless. In those cases, we rely on our faith and place our children in the care of professionals, trusting they will abide by their Code of Ethics and become an advocate for our child's wellbeing.
Your faith in us—Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA)—is the primary reason why I founded Heartened Families. After years of helping children with ASD at a large company where I had little control over the things that ultimately affect the quality of treatment, I decided to pursue a private practice. At Heartened Families, I have absolute control over the services we provide to our clients: prioritizing quality above all. Just like the cultures, ethnicities, and backgrounds that make all families unique, children are unique. At Heartened Families, we develop and implement tailored-therapy to treat ASD in your child based on our evaluation of your child's strengths and deficits. Our tailored-therapy precedes continuous monitoring to ensure efficacy and milestone progression.
As a mother of two, I am cognizant of your trust in Heartened Families and we intend on maintaining a transparent and professional relationship with you and your family as we work together to help your child achieve their goals.
